Windish Pinot Grigio
Our 2004 Pinot Grigio from Germany is a wonderful
dry white from the Rheinhessen, but crafted in
the Italian Style. Crisp but complex, the wine
has tones of grassy melon and a wild flower bouquet. |
|
Redbox Pinot Gris 2004
Lifted varietal aromas of lychee and honeysuckle
lead to a palate of subtle tropical fruits and
minerally characters with hints of honey. This
Italian variety shows trademark viscosity and
crisp, balancing acid. |

Ibis/Habitat Pinot Gris 2004

Italian Dishes, Mediterranean, Pasta, Poultry,
Salmon, Seafood, Thai, Truffle Risotto, Tuna. |

Gallo of Sonoma Pinot Gris
Our 2004 Sonoma County Pinot Gris is brilliant
in color and accentuated with powerful aromas
of peach blossom, pear, green apple and subtly
enriched by notes of fig. |

Taz Vineyards Pinot Gris 2004
Cat Canyon is classic Santa Barbara County—sandy
soils, lots of sunshine during the day, cool evenings
and nights. We get plenty of ripeness from that
vineyard, with just enough cool climate acidity
to keep things interesting. “Taz” Steinhauer
cherry-picked the best three acres of Pinot Gris
out of the vineyard for this wine, leaf-pulling,
shoot-thinning, dropping fruit—doing everything
we needed to do to get the best character out of
the vines. |

Torre Rosazza Pinot Grigio 2004
Aromatic notes of citrus and tropical fruits; Full
flavored and quite rich on the palate, yet dry
and crisp on the finish. Great to serve with
gnocchi. |
