Australia where warm, not hot, days during the
ripening season, combined with cool nights give
ideal ripening conditions for Pinot Gris. Showing
tropical fruit and floral aromas on the nose,
which develop into pear, lime and Chinese spice
flavours on the palate. Viscous and full bodied
in texture, this wine is well matched to spicy
