Pinot Grigio Rosé 2005
Pinot Grigio Rosé can only be made in
those years when a strong autumn sun has given
the skins of the unpicked grapes a copper tinge
(ramato in Italian). The pressed grapes then
produce a wine with a rosé hue. This example
offers delicate floral aromas and soft, red fruit
flavours on the palate. |

Alsace Willm Vin D’Alsace 2005
Full-flavoured wine, complex in structure. |
|

Gravel Bed Vineyards Pinot Grigio 2005
Nutty, floral
and slightly honeyed on the nose, the palate
is clean and refreshing, showing classic apricot
flavours and a touch of lychee. While an excellent
aperitif, this wine has enough weight to match
a range of foods. |

San Angelo Vineyard Pinot Grigio 2005
Although Pinot Grigio is best known as an 'everyday
Bistro' wine, when a serious grower like Banfi
pours expertise on it we get an altogether
classier item. Spicy and rich yet dry and fresh.
From a single vineyard called San Angelo in
Tuscany.

Di Bruno 2005 Pinot Grigio
The nose has
complex aromas of caramel, stone fruits and
cream while the palette counterracts with lemon
curd and a little brioche. The finish has a
very interesting roasted herb component mixed
with minerals. Very balanced. Light, yet full.
Complex, yet not muddled.

Solena 2005 Pinot Gris
The 2005 Oregon Pinot Gris captures the essence
of this cool climate varietal. This is a fresh,
crisp wine with bountiful fruit tones in the
nose. Freshly cut pear and bright citrus aromas
fill the glass. The mouthfeel is lush with
grapefruit and starfruit components, a result
of carefully blending fruit from Oregon's Rogue
and Willamette Valleys. |

Bianchi Pinot Grigio 2005
Our cool marine-influenced site produces fruit
with exotic floral, kiwi and litchi aromas.
This smooth, yummy wine is wonderful with grilled
Asian cuisine or alone on a warm summers afternoon. |
