Fresh, delicate and complex, with multi-layered tropical fruits and subtle floral aromas. Crisp, lingering acidity and gentle fruit characters on the finish make it ideal with oysters or grilled chicken.

Mount Langi Ghiran Billi Billi Creek 2006

Babich Marlborough Pinot Gris 2006
Works well with snapper fillets, rolled in fresh breadcrumbs and shallow fried, or with hot baked ham and glazed kumara. The bouquet has floral notes floating above the more typical aromas of pear and apple, and a touch of lime. The strongly flavored palate is brimful of fresh sweet fruit, pear/quince persisting to the finish with spices and mineral. Texturally, the wine is creamy, with good weight.

Joseph ‘d’Elena’ Pinot Grigio 2006
The 2006 ‘d’Elena’ has flavor and personality. The classic Grigio character of apple, pear and minerals are all there, clear and pure. The finish delivers with surprising length and chalkiness typical of the variety.

Michelini Pinot Grigio 2006
In accordance with the true Italian Grigio style, this wine was produced with a minimum of winemaking interaction to preserve the natural zesty fruit notes and crisp finish, typical of this variety in a cool climate. Pale colour with fig and melon notes on the nose. The palate is full and round from the natural body and texture of Pinot Grigio with warmth on the mid palate assisted by moderate alcohol content.
